How your companies and rosters fit

Each company has its own musicians

You keep one roster and group it. A job goes to the company and the set you choose, so only the right musicians see it and can bid. Moving a player between sets is a single click.

Jobs and bidding

  • Post a concert with date, venue, call time and a count for each instrument.
  • Attach PDFs to the job: programme, script, individual parts. They travel with the invitation.
  • Every chair is its own opening. Accepting a bid fills that chair only.
  • Import your existing roster from a spreadsheet.
  • Mobile-first for musicians, a full desktop view for you.

After a musician is accepted

  • A page for that date with the PDFs, call time and venue.
  • Their invoice is waiting, already filled in. They change only the date and location.
  • Invoices are saved as records with a PDF. The W-9 is a private upload only you can open.
  • No bank details are stored anywhere.
  • Musicians see their status in the app, and you can email them yourself.
Optional add-on · +$2,500

Messages and calendar

  • SMS: a text to the musician when they are accepted, with a link to their page.
  • Google Calendar sync: accepted concerts appear in the calendar automatically.
  • Automatic emails: invitations, accepted, declined and chair filled all send themselves.
The standard

Made to feel like your concerts

Quiet and precise

Refined type, generous space and calm motion. Nothing that looks like a spreadsheet or a gig-app template.

Your brand, not ours

We match your website's look so musicians feel they are inside your world from the first invitation.

Fast on a phone

Players bid between rehearsals. Bidding takes two taps, and everything loads quickly.
